Up until now, the engine room of Turn Key has only been providing hotel furniture solutions to Australasia’s hotel furnishing companies and major retail chains. Turn Key’s established manufacturing and supply chain allows us to work with any budget whilst still providing quality assurance and product that is fully fit for purpose. Our product range is broad and practically limitless in design. We can provide complete packages to large scale resorts and hotels, whilst also having the ability to work on smaller solutions focusing on individual areas of the venue, or just smaller venues altogether.

Thanks to our established warehouse locations throughout Australia and New Zealand, we are able to offer installation and other services. These local services ensure efficiency for fit-out projects, minimise handling and provide a local level of service.

Our simple project journey, supported by our ISO9001:2015 certified systems, ensures that our collaborative approach results in realising the outcomes that you set out to achieve at the beginning of your project.

The same project team that starts the journey with you will remain on that journey all the way through until long after delivery. This ensures that context and understanding are not lost and that communication remains open, consistent, and collaborative.

As independent furniture manufacturers and solution providers, our central role is to make the process of developing, manufacturing and delivering your furniture project as simple as possible, to your exact requirements; on time and on budget. Our vast knowledge of both furniture manufacturing and hospitality operations can provide added value to design briefs and design intents.

With over 20 years of furniture manufacturing experience, we work collaboratively with you to develop the designs and material usage of all individual items to ensure that the design intents deliver operational outcomes through longevity and sustained return on investment.

Our project management team work closely with our industrial designer and manufacturing engineers to develop detailed technical shop drawings for each item to document and present all elements of each furniture item, thus ensuring that the delivered product is exactly in line with the concepts that have been developed and approved.

We can produce entire guestroom prototype samples for placement within the venue, or for viewing in custom-made guestrooms at the factory or our offices. The production of photo-realistic 3D guestroom renders are also now an excellent option. Once the prototypes have been reiterated as necessary and approved, project production can commence to those approved standards.

As furniture manufacturers ourselves, we know that the selection of the most appropriate manufacturing partners is a critical element of the project process. We may use one or many different factories, from many different origins, including our own furniture factory in Melbourne. Regardless of location, we have project team members in constant contact and in physical attendance to ensure that the production stages are running to plan and that approved processes and techniques are being followed.

We believe that genuine quality assurance cannot be achieved by randomised post-production quality checks by contractors who are not otherwise involved with the project, which is the normal approach in our industry. We have our own project staff in attendance during all of the manufacturing stages, conducting checks during production and observing key stage completions. This way, any issues are identified sooner and resolved more efficiently than last-minute rectifications to already-produced items that are about to be shipped. We still perform end-of-line quality control checks, but the systematic reviews during the full production cycle make this stage much smoother and allow for higher attention to detail.

With warehouse facilities throughout Australia and New Zealand, we can offer the flexibility to ship direct to the venue, or to our warehouses for staging and onward delivery. We also partner with the leading specialist FF&E installation solution providers to provide a full installation service that works with your schedule in a seamless, hassle-free transformation.

We can offer off-the-shelf furniture, or we can make entire hotel furniture and banquet furniture collections or individual pieces to your own specifications.

We can also offer 5 display guest rooms at our Melbourne purpose-built factory and showroom for full hotel room mock-ups, for larger projects.
